How the association works
RWNA is a resident-led nonprofit neighborhood association, founded in October 1990. The board meets regularly, publishes meeting minutes, and holds an annual meeting each January where residents hear what dues support and share suggestions directly with the board.
Decisions are guided by the association's bylaws, first adopted by the neighborhood and amended on January 20, 1994.
